No.44 "Regions Beyond Words" byGeorge(03/20/2008)

Dear Rin,
This thought just formed in me. Something that has troubled me for
years. Pretty much my whole life. You see it is still a question, but a
question only a poet or sage could answer.

The artist reaches beyond words into regions as subtle as they are
complex. To define or explain these subtleties, these complexities, (if
one had the ability), would require a redefinition of the words
themselves and therefore a glossary of terms to guide us in this
understanding. But isn’t it possible that words do not belong here?
Those there regions outside the domain of words which are
nevertheless vitally important to our being?
If we take this to be so, then we must also think of the artist I her
inner being as a finely tuned instrument around like a violin in its
case, where it is bumped up against all kinds of clashing noise. And
is it any wonder then that life sometimes becomes tiresome?
