I met this beautiful gentleman George Marshall at San Diego ArtWalk 2006. He took a long time to see each of my paintings and picked one of my small hand printed work from a small box, which is not many people found interesting. He told me that he agree with my statement "art is communication". Days later, George wrote me a meaningful letter with his little color work. I wrote back with my small drawing ...this is how our conversation started. I always have this dilemma that I have so much feeling inside but my ability to put on words is so poor.I can't find the right word for the things that I really want to tell. George suggested "what if we actually created a conversation between us of color and form?A real correspondence,a conversation..." |
